Everything must change, nothing and no one goes unchanged. This line from a popular song simply echoes the sentiments of Solomon as he wrote about the seasons of life in the book of Ecclesiastes. We spend a significant part of our childhood in the classroom at school preparing for the days when we are adults putting to work what we have learned. Paul wrote about the necessity of moving from baby’s milk to meat as an indication of our spiritual development. One of the great joys of life is when you become a parent who gets to teach your children what you have learned through word and deed. So, let us all be thankful for the journey that God has placed us on and become Spiritual Carnivores.
